Our Purpose:
The Lions Club of Guernsey is part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service club organization. We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in our community and beyond by fostering a spirit of volunteerism, compassion, and leadership.
Our Mission:
- Create and foster a spirit of understanding among the peoples of the world;
- Take an active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the community;
- Unite the members in bonds of friendship, good fellowship and mutual understanding;
- Provide a forum for the open discussion of all matters of public interest, provided, however, that partisan politics and sectarian religion shall not be debated by club members;
- Encourage service-minded people to serve their community without personal financial reward, and to encourage efficiency and promote high ethical standards in commerce, industry, professions, public works and private endeavours;
- To make a contribution to the community of the Island of Guernsey;

- Global Responsibility: While our primary focus is Guernsey, we also contribute to Lions International’s worldwide efforts, including disaster relief, vision care, diabetes awareness, and humanitarian aid.
- Integrity & Transparency: We uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring that every donation, volunteer hour, and project delivers real value to those we serve.
